Failed IUI considering acupuncture before trying IVF

I have had two failed IUI cycles and had to skip this month because my follicle ultrasound was scheduled for today and I ended up ovulating on saturday. I have been considering Acupuncture and am now thinking of it more seriously since having the failed IUI cycles. My husband and I have been ttc for 3 years now. All of our tests are coming back great so we are one of the lucky couples with unexplained infertility. I do have a lot of stress and anxiety that I deal with. This is why I am considering acupuncture. Has anyone tried this and had success? I am thinking at the very least maybe it will help with my stress and anxiety!
