Diaper pails? HELP!

Question

Does anyone have one of these? I got it from my sister(this is a picture I found online) and I'm really clueless on how to use it or where to buy the bags for it. I can't find anything about this specific one online except for a few pictures on Google. I'm thinking it's an older one because all I can find are newer models. I asked my sister but she said she never used it because she didn't know how! I don't want to keep it to just have it sit around in the room/closet.

They are def not a waste of money. We used a diaper genie with our son 5 years ago and bought another one for our daughter who is due any day now. They are wonderful!

I disagree with the ladies saying they're a waste of money. I use the Tommee Tippee model and it's WONDERFUL. I haven't used it for my son yet, but the twins I nanny for have one. It works so well! Instead of just one big bag of dirty diapers it individually seals each diaper in its own little vacuum like pack, locking in the nasty. 
As for the one you're showing, I googled it and all I'm seeing is sites selling the "discontinued" refill packs. So I'm not sure how you'd like to go about it, but it seems like it'll be a pain to keep. It's made by Saftey 1st though, maybe try calling them to see if it's compatible with any other brand of refills and if they have instructions?

Don't wast your money! They stink too. I hated using them when I worked in a daycare. We just put the diaper in a bag, tie it up and then put it outside.
