I'm wondering how many days it takes to conceive and if you can get pregnant from pre cum???

1.) it depends on your cycle... some women takes years to conceive, others it takes only the first month of trying.

2.) Once sperm have made it to the fallopian tubes they go into a sort of hibernation waiting for ovulation to occur, they can survive up to a week - thus after sex it may take a few days before conception occurs. Implantation can occur from around 6-10 days.

So there isn't a specific number of days until you conceive.

3.) Yes, you can get pregnant from pre-ejaculation. There have been studies and test that show sperm in "pre-cum". So giving the proper environment and cycle, it could most definitely happen.
