Sooooo .. orgasm??

So not trying to ask a dumb question... But my cervix was measured at 3.3 cm... at 19.5 weeks. Baby doc did not seem concerned but I've seen other posts on here that have me wondering if it's ok to have an orgasm? Or should I steer clear of that with this length? Sorry if it's a dumb question....
