Fertility medications!

My SO and I are considering each starting on fertility medications to up our chances. When I googled it these were the top 5 on the list of preferreds. Has anyone taken these and how well do they work? Do any of these have a significantly higher risk to me, him or the baby if it does work? If you have used something else what was it, how well does it work, where did you get it and what dies it cost. Also are there any significant risks? Here they are:
