Does stronger XX specificity indicate boy?

Hi,
I had private blood testing does higher XX specificity 99.20 mean the test is negative and therefore it's a boy?

My results are showed below am trying to understand if there is any correlation in the specificity/sensitivity and if it may indicate what the gender is..

These numbers describe how accurate the tests are. One is telling you the chance that if you test positive, you are positive (sensitivity) and the other is the chance that if you test negative that you are negative (specificity). No test is perfect and there is always a chance of error.

Basically, if you got a certain result, you are 98-99% confident that it is true. So if it said you're having a girl, you can be pretty sure that it is!

Sensitivity and specificity are not your results. Those numbers tell about how reliable the diagnostic test is. Sensitivity is the ability of the test to accurately pick up true positives. And specificity is the rate that the test gives true false. It's hard to explain.

Example: if you have 100 people with a known disease and only 75 test positive for it, the sensitivity of the test is 75%. Specificity: how well a test identifies people who do not have whatever is being tested for.

I could be wrong but it looks like you only have results for the genetic abnormality testing. There should be a number you can call to help with the results.
