How do I enter this?

So 10 dpo I started spotting. Not much at all, logged as spotting. 11 dpo 1 spot and nothing after. 12 dpo light spotting and after a 💩 1 bright red spot 1 mini clot. 13 dpo very light spotting not even enuf to fill a light tampon. Today (14dpo) light spotting again. Barely on the liner. Do I mark this as AF began but as spotting on 12 dpo? Or keep logging spotting. No cramping or anything
