Gas pains?? Heart burn??

Please help this is my second pregnancy I had nothing with my first but now I'm having bloating, "gas pains, or heart burn or something" my stomach hurts and burns and aches all over. I need to go to the bathroom but can't

If you need a clear out ... More veggies ... Like cabaage and coliflower help... And lots of water ... You can try prune juice too although I've never personally tried that... For heart burn I just have renni tablets or tumms are good. Gaviacon is also safe . Good look . It does get better . Just keep your diet balanced. And hydrated

Same here. With my first pregnancy had all the nausea and vomiting. With this pregnancy just gassy all day. Painful bloating and always feeling like I have to go but can't. Sometimes the prenatals will constipate you and the hormones our bodies are releasing will cause all the gassiness and bloating. Someone suggested mint tea but I haven't tried yet. I think all we can do is wait for it to pass. (No pun intended).

BTW... A cold glass of milk always helped me with the heartburn.
