Tech said HE??!!

So I was in the hospital yesterday due to some heavy cramping. Well my doctor ordered an ultrasound. I still don't know what I'm having but when they were doing my ultrasound both tech said HE when referring to my baby. One tech was explaining to me something and said "he I mean the baby" and the other did the same thing. Both quickly corrected themselves. I'm 19 weeks pregnant 🤰 should I get ready for a boy?? Has this happened to anyone else?

During my anatomy scan the ultrasound tech kept saying "she".... and how the baby is beautiful. I started wondering if it was a girl because of her saying she but when we got home my hubby and I were happy to open the envelope and see it was a boy! (We already have a girl so we were really hoping for a boy lol). I think they just get used to using a certain pronoun.

Yes, they did that to me when I was getting an ultrasound and sure enough he's def a boy

lol I was in the ER for severe vomiting and the ER doctor said congrats your little boy is healthy ! I'm like what ?!?!?

Yes had happened to me before with my 1st daughter it's just a habit..wait till they confirm the gender 😘

When I had my last ultrasound. The guy warned us "I also address them as he because I have all boys". 
But we're having a girl 🤷🏼‍♀️

Unfortunately many people immediately start with male pronouns.

At 14 weeks my tech said "she", but I think it was habit because I was watching the monitor like a hawk and didn't see girl parts. Turns out I'm having a boy 😊
