Babys laying down all day?

Question

My son is 2 months. He doesn't have full strength yet to keep his head up or sit down.

I feel bad he's always laying down or doing tummy time. I try to walk around with him hold him up but my arms get tired. 
I'm also trying to prevent him having a flat head. Ladies, what do you do with your baby?

I sit her up against my legs like this for a little while after she eats. We play like this, bounce, and she will grab my fingers and try to pull herself into a seated position which helps build her strength.

I feel that way too so I'll prop her in the boppy or on my legs. I also put her in her sit me up seat but she doesn't last long lol

I alternate from lying on his back, to tummy time, then in the bouncer, then laying on my chest, propped up on the boppy pillow, sit his back against my stomach whilst I'm watching tv. We also bought one of those elephant teddies you see everywhere and he will happily lay on his side supported by that for a little while. Or even better if I have housework to do I'll pop him in my baby wrap. You could buy a good carrier?

My baby is 9 weeks old he is also lying down a lot throughout the day. He has tummy time for 5-10 minutes before he drinks milk. I also rotate his sleep position and use a baby pillow as well. Babies are to young to hold there head up or sit up on there own. There spine isn't strong enough.

You can wear baby. I put mine in her carrier to do chores or when we are out.

At least once a day he'll play in his sit me up seat and then I'll babywear so we can get things done around the house.
