Preconception appointment

Hi guys! So I want to make an appointment with my OBGYN to make sure everything is okay for me and my husband to have a kid & that my body is functioning correctly and everything. What questions did you guys ask at your preconception appointments and is there anything I should be prepared for once I do have mine?
