Doctors appointments

How long does it typically take you to be seen at your doctors appointments? It usually takes about 45-1 hour just to be called and then another 20 minutes or more for my Dr to come see me for my 10 minute appointment even if it's not "busy". This seems a little absurd to me. So tell me you guys experience. Am I just impatient ? Lol
