I looked at a place I love to rent and they are pressuring me to lease by the end of the week before price increases. But they told me they have lots of availabilty. My parents help me pay rent so I want them to see it when they visit in a week. Is this just a sales tactic to get me to sign up??? What do y'all think? This is the nicest cleanest and most affordable but I can't commit this week but don't want the price to go up!! Ahh
