Am I falling out of love if I'm questioning whether or not I'm still in love.

My boyfriend and I have been together since March of this year. He's amazing. We were apart for a week and I missed him so much, but during that week I also wondered if I'm still in love with him. I can't imagine my life without him. I think about him all the time. He was my first everything. He's my first official boyfriend, I had my first real kiss with him, and I lost my virginity to him. I know he loves me and I love him but I'm afraid I'm falling out of love with him. This has been causing a lot of extra, unnecessary anxiety and some stress for me.
