Sign?

So my husband and I have been ttc#1 for a year and a half with one miscarriage a year ago. I usually have really sore breasts and cramps/bloating 2 days before. This month I had brown discharge for 2 days during ovulation (sorry tmi and I've never had that before...) and my belly was a little puffy. We baby danced 4 times during my fertile window in hopes it comes true!

I'm 7 days before af and I was nauseous today around lunch, my stomach is very swollen and I'm having mild cramps. The symptoms are coming and going but stay for about 30 min to an hour. Anyone have any insight on this? I don't want to get my hopes up but it's hard not too..so many changes with symptoms this month!!
