TMI!!! Is this implantation bleeding?

After three years of ttc and a recent miscarriage, I took my first round of clomid earlier this month. Today I am 12dpo and I decided to take a test yesterday and it was negative. But today I wiped and had a small amount of blood on the toilet paper only - not on my underwear or in the toilet bowl. While trying not to get my hopes up but wondering if it could be implantation bleeding I just wiped again and this is what is there (again only on toilet paper and not on underwear). Is this implantation bleeding?
