Preterm labor/baby shower

Good morning. Just wanted to know people's thoughts on this potential issue: my twins are due to arrive in mid Aug. 2017; however, they seem to want to make an early appearance. My baby shower is schedule in about 1.5wks (7/8). I live in Eastern PA & have a bunch of family coming from NJ/NY. Should the twins arrive early or I am admitted into the hospital, just wondering if we should move forward with the baby shower? My cuz had her shower even though her baby was born about a week earlier than her shower due to preeclampsia. Not sure what to do.
