Wtf???????
So we literally just moved into our new house yesterday and I did not notice it before, but there are white chalk crosses drawn in chalk on a couple of window seals as well as a crucifix that has been left over the door to our front entrance. The previous owners were Hispanic, I almost want to say Mexican.... I know that in at least Mexican families it's very common to be extremely religious and have tons of crosses and whatnot, but a friend of mine said that sometimes priests were brought into the house when there were "spirits" and drew crosses in chalk.
Now, the reason I have asked about this in CC is because I know many of you are extremely intelligent, more so than I, especially in the different diversities and cultures. And I'm curious as to if these crosses are eluding to anything or what? It seems very odd to have chalk crosses on the windows (I've found three so far but haven't looked any further.)
