Bleeding, no cramps, lots of preg symptoms

AF (or what i think was AF) was 12 days late. Typically i have killer cramps and it comes on like a monsoon.

This time, after 12 days i started to spot very lightly, always a bright red. Went on for about 3 days, day 4 & 5 were a dark brown but still very light. Extremely.

No cramps whatsoever and the blood was the consistency of creamy CM. Had a high CP the whole time but negative hpt?? Should i retest or consider this a freak period. Last 2 days my body is exhausted, no change in physical activity and i am up all night with heartburn. Urgghhh
