Dog bite...who should pay the medical bills?
So a woman was walking her dog(pitbull) in the park at night(probably 8pm). A man was going on a jog through the park, and when she saw him she got scared and she let go of her dogs leash. The dog ran up and attacked the jogger. She admitted she intentionally let go of the leash, it wasn't by accident, because she was scared to see somebdoy running when she was alone in the park at night.
She claims it isn't her fault and she shouldn't be responsible for his medical bills because she was scared, it wasn't malicious.
So who should have to pay the medical expenses? The woman/dog owner? The jogger? Or should hey split it?
