I bought these vitamins and was hopeful but wasn't to sure how vitamins we're going to help me while TTC. We've been trying for about 4 months .  after one month on both im very happy to say I got my BFP today . I would recommend it for women whose  periods may not be regular. I do not know about women with PCOS because I don't have it . They are about 30$ each one I think for a month supply and 3-4 pills of each a day .
