Thoughts or helpful tips about switching to a Diva cup, how does this even work especially in public.. Trying for a natural or "organic" method. I'm intrested ,but have some concerns...? ???

Since you can leave it in for 12 hours as long as you empty, clean and insert it back in in the morning or before your outing there really is no need to dump the diva cup in public. I have been using it for over a year and before switching I was going through 10 tampons a day on my heaviest days and with the diva cup I only need to dump it an extra time. So for the first one or two days I empty, clean and reinsert 3 times and the rest of my period I only do that once before bed and once when I wake in the morning. It has made my periods go by so much faster!!!

And I've heard from another post that having a cervix placement makes it nearly impossible to use one so watch out for that
