Pull Out and Condoms Together??

Because of my family health history, any birth control that effects my hormones such as the pill or shot are out of the question. What do you guys think about using a combination of condoms with spermicidal lube and the pull out method at the same time? My boyfriend and I are planning on taking our relationship to the next level, and whenever we do oral he knows EXACTLY when he's going to cum, and he's used these methods before. Do you guys think it's safe? Thanks!!
