Question

Had sex three days before my period and I still got flow like normal, I haven't had sex since, but I'm 4 days late on my period this month. Is it possible I could be pregnant even though I had a period after? I guess my real question is could I still get a period even if I had concieved days before?

If you happened to ovulate right before your period which is rare and not supposed to happen, nope. 
It takes 6-12 days for a fertilized egg to implant into the uterus. Can't really implant anything into lining that is breaking off and shedding away because of a period. Even if the egg somehow survived your period, it couldn't implant right after your period because there is no lining to implant itself in and there won't be a lining until it builds back up which is later in your cycle, usually 2 weeks after a period. It would have dissolved and died.
