implantation bleeding

It's my first month TTC and I'm now 10DPO (29/6) for the past two days I've had a very light but then progressively dark brown bleed which has been a bit clotty (TMI sorry). I've done a pregnancy test which has all come back negative. Is this AF coming early or early signs of misscarriage? Yesterday I felt so bloated and uncomfortable. I had breast tenderness last week but not this week, so I'm leaning towards not being pregnant this month. Has anyone had similar experiences? Just looking for some reassurance right now 💕
