Nervous to have sex after miscarriage

Is anyone else nervous to have sex soon after a miscarriage? Any advice to get past this feeling? 

We are going to wait until after I get a first period... I just had the miscarriage this week so I have some time. This process has been so painful that I am getting scared for when we do have sex again- after so long I want to be right there with my husband physically and emotionally and in the moment.... but the thought of it has me kinda feeling frozen and terrified. 😢
