weight lifting routines for pregnancy?
hey all! I was very happy doing stronglifts 5x5 heavy free weights before I got pregnant. i stopped at about 10wks after a scare with bleeding; my midwife now says not to lift more than 25 pounds. I'd like to re-incorporate some light lifting or body weight exercises. can anyone recommend a routine they like? i love how simple/no-thinking stronglifts is and would prefer something like that. thanks!
