I'm expecting my second and am terrified about th delivery part! My first wasn't an easy labor or delivery..I had planned on going all natural but was exhausted by 9 cm n then got an epidural! Towards the actual pushing part epidural had worn off soo I felt pretty much everything!! I had a second degree tear and I could feel them stitching which was horrifying!! Do not want to experience that again!! 

Am hoping to go without epidural this time maybe..but just concerned about the tearing and stitching part!
