Does anyone get really bad allergies like a post nasal drip and itchy throat before ovulation?

Im on CD 16. Yesterday morning i started sneezing thinking it was just allergies starting but in the afternoon i got an itchy throat. From my cm and chart im still waiting to O. But i remember getting bad allergies while Oing last month.
