so um i abuse my boyfriend when i get mad, i hit his face, bite him , scratch him , sock him he says if i do it again he will leave me so is there another way or option to do ??? when i get mad at him? so he won't leave me.. should i throw stuff at him instead ?  i have anger / jealousy / bipolar issues and he knows this 😓
