What could this mean?

So I skipped my period on this week so I didn't take the sugar tablets I just started a new pack and it would have been close to my last day of my period today if I did choice to have my period and I've never skipped it before so didn't know what to expect but I seem to have cramps very light ones this morning and night time what could that mean? Should I be worried?
