Anyone available to help?

So I still haven't gotten af since Jan 18th. I haven't taken a hpt lately but I went for blood work on Tuesday and got a call yesterday telling me they lost my sample. I was so frustrated and upset. Last night I started to spot. (Only when wiping) I went to the bathroom it was there. Then went again it was gone. Today I spotted on and off as well. It started out as pinkish then turned Brown. If I am pregnant I would be around 9 weeks. Is this cause for concern?
