TTC in 2018

My boyfriend and I plan on starting TTC around late November or early December of this upcoming year after I turn 18. Any tips that I can start doing now to increase my chances of pregnancy when the time comes? I'm hoping to get pregnant fast even though I know that is not always the case. My grandmother has cancer and I want to give her the chance to see a great grandchild from me. So I'm trying to get this BFP relatively soon after I start trying! ❤️
