waters broke!

Ok so I'm 37+3 I've just turned over in bed asleep and felt like I was peeing myself got up went to the loo put a pad on walked back to bed and had another few small gushes , changed my pad again and I'm currently laying doing freaking out i have no contractions I feel like I've been in slow labour for days but right now I feel nothing (but panic) do I wait it out for the contractions to start ?
