I couldn't drink coffee or tea during the first 16 weeks. After that though, I loved my coffee again. You can have up to 200mg of caffeine a day while pregnant, so just look up the caffeine dose per whatever you want to drink to know if it's less than that.

First trimester I only did decaf and then once I hit second trimester I allowed myself one small regular iced coffee a day.

Try to limit it to about 1 cup per day. My little man is perfectly fine! But he couldn't handle the coffee in my breastmilk so I couldn't drink coffee for about 5 months AFTER he was born.

I severally cut back when I was pregnant I mean before I was pregnant I drank 3-4 cups a day and then I had maybe only 1 cup or 2 a day if that a day. Some days I wouldn't have any. Now my son is 9 months old and I'd die without coffee 😂

I actually didn't crave caffeine my first trimester in love coffee and iced tea and they just didn't seem appealing to me. You can drink 1 cup a day
