Tender spot?

I'm 25 weeks 3 days and lately I've noticed a tender spot above my abdomen. It's always at the same spot. It doesn't really hurt, it's just kind of a quick sting and I notice it any time I get up, bend over, or twist my body and it's just that little spot. Does anyone else have tender spots in your second trimester? Did you go to the doctor or leave it alone? I've noticed it for about a week. In the pictures I'm holding my fingers on the spot to show where it's located. And it feels like it's maybe the size of a quarter.
