One side cramps at 9 weeks

I am 9 weeks and i am having cramps on my left side ofy lower abdomen. Is this normal? Im scared and my appointment is after 10 days

And its been a week and the cramps are every now and them almost lasts for 5 mins every 5 hours . Its not sever but im scared. Did anyone experience this? I had bad morning sickness since week 6. It stopped last week and the cramps started. And i feel sleepy most of the time
