pyelectasis

Hi everyone. I'm 32 weeks and my baby girl has both of her kidneys dialated. This was detected since she our 20 week scan. I've had two follow up scans since the 20 weeks and every time the number keeps going up. I am so worried about this. I just wondered if anyone else has gone through this and can tell me how it went for you. This is my first pregnancy and I've been so worried.
