Do you think it's possible to have a VBAC? (Vaginal Birth After Csection)

TTC  for our second. My first was taking emergency csection, I am hoping for a VBAC and this time around and unless it's life or death I ain't taking no for an answer!!! Curious to know what y'all think!(:

It is possible, but something you need to talk to a doctor about. For some people, it isn't. For others, it is. Find a doctor who is willing to consider and ask them if you would be a good candidate.

My mom had twins naturally after 2 c-sections! And that was in the 90's. I actually know several people now who have done vbac with no issues.

Only if your a proper candidate which a doctor will decide. Even then, you're putting yourself at risk for unnecessary issues and problems. Life and death is one thing but what about possible injury? Infections? Even to your child, I don't see why anyone would risk it.

I did it but I had 6 years between births so it was pretty well healed and safe

My mom had me naturally after having an emergency c-section. Although that was 23 years ago, you can still find a doctor willing to do it! Some won't, but it's worth asking your OB/GYN.
