Is there a difference between the pill form and the liquid tea? Which is most effective? I'm not sure.

I enjoy drinking the tea iced, I don't even sweeten it. It's become a new craving lol

...... I like the tea..... I think it tastes good.... And are they pills or capsules? I think if they're capsules it won't make a difference. If they're pills then the tea won't have the extra fillers and processing that pills do.
