Peri oral dermatitis and breastfeeding?

When I got pregnant with my first I developed this rash at about 6 weeks, I googled it and I'm sure it was peri oral dermatitis. I chalked it up to being pregnant and I used California baby candula cream and it went away after a week or so. Now my question is has anyone had this before and has it come back while breastfeeding? I'm 6months pp and this rash is back again, I totally thought I was pregnant but I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Could this be from breastfeeding????? Don't want to be pregnant right now either.
