28+3 and I feel weird I don't know how to explain but baby is in breech and I feel so heavy in lower abdomen when I'm sitting like really low

It's going to be pretty heavy from here on out :) also, don't worry about the position your baby is in right now because they still have plenty of room to somersault. My son picked the head down position at 28 weeks and was so low from then on they couldn't even measure his head LOL . I carried to term.
