Blood levels help!

So on wed I went into get blood taken to confirm pregnancy. Number was 248. They had me come back in Friday again and numbers were 340. Dr said three possibilities: miscarriage, ectopic, or just slow progressing pregnancy. I have had no bleeding or any pain in my stomach area. Just an occasional ach here and there. Anyone else have a similar experience. I go in again Monday for more blood work. Thanks!
