Does sex make you have to pee?

Every time I have sex if I didn't pee like right before, I always have to pee during like even if I didn't have to before... And I can't enjoy it because I have to tense up everything so I don't pee and at times it will feel like I did but I didn't and I don't wanna stop to pee but right before like when I'm about to do it I don't wanna ruin the mood by being like "hold on let me go piss". And then afterwards I'll have trouble peeing like it will take effort to get it all out omg this is gross sorry so anyways does anything like this ever happen to anyone?
