I'm at a 4g and my ears seem so dry even when I clean them on a regular basis.

Hi my name's Tiffany, I've been on the journey stretching my ears. Let's just say it's been a long journey but way worth it. I'm at a 4g but it's been rough, ears feel dry, crusties around the front and back.. is this normal? I've been told from some who have them say that's part of the process. Just has me worried because It doesn't feel infected and I know their not healed all the way. HELP . thanks
