nipple piercings

So I got my nipples pierced two days ago and the top of my nipples are really hard. On top of that it looks like I have some clogged milk in them. I don't know if that's normal or not, but I guess I just need some reassurance. Or advice. I clean them twice a day like my piercer said. I make sure that I don't bump them and I I wear a comfortable shirt to not irritate them.
