breast not leaking 22 weeks

Everyone that I've talked to said there breast were leaking around 20 weeks maybe before I'm 22 weeks today and nothing is that normal is everyone different. When does that usually happen I'm hoping to breastfeed my daughter I do have these tiny little bumps on my Nipples they appeared a like 3 weeks ago
