when should I start buying wipes and diaper cream?

Im due in November and I have been putting off buying wipes, diaper cream, lotion, and shampoo because I'm worried they will go bad by the time I give birth. I'm 21 weeks right now so I still have a long way to go. When should I start buying these things?

With my first I think I bought 1 pack of diapers and 1 large pack of wipes before baby came, then just set up an amazon subscription to come every month with a large box of diapers and wipes every couple months. Worked perfectly and I didn't have to store a bunch of boxes of diapers and wipes in my house. However, I did stock up on things like medicine, which you never know whether or not you'll need till it's like 3am and your baby is screaming.

Definitely start now! Everyone at my baby shower gave me size 1 diapers and that's WAY more than I know I'm going to need. So get whatever you feel is best. I don't even have a pack of wipes yet 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I would start buying them right now to stock up on everything. That was my mistake though, I waited till the last minute to get everything ready I'm 38 weeks and have most of it, but I wish I got most of the soon like diapers, wipes etc like earlier.

They won't go bad, they stay good for a longtime. If you plan on having a baby shower? I wouldn't stress about buying those things till after the shower because you'll more than likely get them as gifts
