roscea????

The other night I had a bump on my forehead, like a pimple that didn't surface, it was pretty big, like a penny, I tried "popping" it, some clear liquid came out of it. A few days later it's a little smaller bump, but now red and dry. I read it could be roscea? What do you guys think? I have NEVER had anything like this in my life. What could trigger/cause it? Note: the camera makes it look more pimpley, but I sssurr you, it isn't. I can feel it. And that yellow isn't pus filled, ITs just dry, like scabey feeling?
