instagram title?

recently i've been seeing these titles on people's instagrams right below their name. they're mostly on famous people's, but i've also seen them on my friends with like 500 or less followers. they say things like "public figure" or "personal blog" and i was wondering if anybody knew a way for me to get it to appear on my profile, if i just have to verify something in settings. please let me know !!!
